What we collect

When you register we collect name, work email, role, ticket selection, and consent timestamp. Optional profile fields you add later may include company, stage, sector, and deck links.

How we use it

We use registration data to confirm your ticket, send event updates via email, match founders and investors, and notify our operations team of new signups.

Storage

Registrations are stored in encrypted Cloudflare R2 object storage under Noetfield infrastructure. Email delivery uses Resend. We retain records through the event and a reasonable follow-up period for refunds and support.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Matched counterparties receive only the profile fields required for scheduling. Radar Pro exports include opt-in participants only.

Request access or deletion by emailing team@noetfield.com. Unsubscribe links are included in marketing updates where applicable.
